BACON LEADS INDIANA SPRINT WEEK POINTS INTO LAWRENCEBURG

Lawrenceburg, Indiana (July 25, 2021)………After recording a Fatheadz Eyewear fast qualifying time and a second-place finish in the feature Saturday night at Kokomo Speedway, Brady Bacon leads the USAC NOS Energy Drink Indiana Sprint Week point standings entering Sunday night’s, July 25 round of the series at Lawrenceburg Speedway.
Bacon (Broken Arrow, Okla.), who captured the Indiana Sprint Week crown during the 2016 season, holds a slim three-point lead over Kokomo feature winner Justin Grant (Ione, Calif.). Kevin Thomas Jr. (Cullman, Ala.), the 2017 ISW champ, is seven points behind Bacon in third while both Tanner Thorson (Minden, Nev.) and Kyle Cummins (Princeton, Ind.) are 15 points out of the lead.
Sunday’s Lawrenceburg USAC NOS Energy Drink Indiana Sprint Week by AMSOIL event features the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship vying for the $6,000 winner’s share and are joined by the Modifieds.
On Sunday, pits open at 3pm EDT, grandstands open at 5pm, drivers meeting at 5:15pm with hot laps at 6pm and qualifying/racing immediately following.
General admission tickets are $30, kids 7-12 are $7, children 6 and under are free. Pit passes are $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
