B & W AUTO MART PERSEVERANCE AWARD IMW POINTS AFTER RD. 1 OF 6

B & W Auto Mart is offering a $250 end-of-the week perseverance prize for Indiana Midget Week in honor of the late USAC .25 Midget Series Director, Kyle McCain.

Points are awarded to the driver advancing the most positions during each night's feature from their original qualifying time. At the conclusion of the Indiana Midget Week finale Sunday, June 11 at Kokomo Speedway, the points will be tabulated and the driver with the most total points will earn the reward.

On the opening night at Montpelier Motor Speedway, Shane Golobic and Tanner Carrick are tied atop leader board with 11 points each. Golobic qualified 17th and finished 6th while Carrick qualified 23rd and finished 12th.

Indiana Midget Week continues Wednesday, June 7, at Gas City I-69 Speedway before heading to Lincoln Park Speedway on Thursday, June 8, Bloomington Speedway on Friday, June 9, Lawrenceburg Speedway on Saturday, June 10 and Kokomo on Sunday, June 11.
