ROA WINS AT SANTA MARIA, REGAINS POINT LEAD

Santa Maria, CA……..Brody Roa of Buena Park, Calif. passed Max Adams on lap three and led the final 28 laps to win Saturday night’s USAC West Coast Sprint race at Santa Maria Raceway. Wheeling the HD Industries/Lee & Norma Leonard Maxim/RC Performance machine, he regained the series point lead and takes a four-point lead over D.J. Johnson into a June 25 race at Hanford, Calif. Woodland Auto Display fast qualifier Danny Sheridan took second Saturday ahead of Trey Marcham, Johnson and Danny Faria Jr.
