600s CONTINUE THIS SATURDAY AT PLYMOUTH;

STEALY, ARNETT ANNEX PLYMOUTH 600 SPRINTS

USAC’s 600 Sprint series continue this Saturday at the Plymouth (Ind.) Speedway after Dawson Stealy and Sydney Arnett posted victories in last Saturday night’s action.

Stealy led all 20 laps to score his second straight “open” victory. Arnett’s wire-to-wire victory came in the 15-lap “restricted” feature.

Trailing Stealy were Craig Ronk, Sara Elrod, Ethan Foster and Jerod Glasford. Point leader Garrett Saunders finished second to Arnett, while Nick Katrakis, Tyler Fitzpatrick and Joel Rogers rounded out the “top-five.”

Arnett became the first female to win a USAC feature race this year and the first since Audra Sasselli’s Western Classic Sprint win at Madera, Calif. last September.
