JULY 23 ORP .25 OUTING NOW FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES



    USAC’s .25 Midget Series will be showcased in an exhibition of cars at the July 23 racing program at O’Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Ind. which will feature the K&N Silver Crown Series and the Mopar National Midgets. Originally a .25 Midget race had been planned but due to logistics, the race has been changed to a display on ORP’s concourse featuring the Indy .25 Midget Club.

    A 50-50 ticket sale is also planned at ORP to benefit the Indy .25 Midget Club as part of the promotional package for the USAC .25 Midget Series, which just completed its extremely successful “Battle at the Brickyard” at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

    USAC’s .25 Midget Series is currently preparing for the inaugural “Little Hoosier Hundred” at Newton Park in Lakeville, Ind., scheduled July 31-August 1 at the northern Indiana facility.  Event info for the Inaugural “Little Hoosier 100” can be found in the .25 Owners Garage.
