SPENCER ROCKETS BACK TO TOP OF CRA STANDINGS AFTER PERRIS VICTORY

Perris, CA…….Defending two-time Amsoil USAC/CRA Sprint Champ Mike Spencer of Temecula, Calif. is back on top of the point standings after his victory in Saturday night’s 30-lap feature at Perris Auto Speedway. Spencer grabbed the lead from David Cardey on lap 16 and led the rest of the way in his Madera Produce/Grubstake Mini Storage Maxim/Shaver, beating Matt Mitchell to the checkered flag. Danny Sheridan, Cory Kruseman and Tony Jones rounded out the “top-five” at the finish. Spencer also posted the fastest qualifying time and won his heat race. The series returns to the PAS April 10.
