ARMSTRONG FLEXES IN USAC EASTERN FOCUS MIDGET SHOWDOWN AT DILLON

Dillon, South Carolina (April 1, 2023)………Dakoda Armstrong raced to victory during Saturday night’s USAC Eastern Focus Midget event at South Carolina’s Dillon Motor Speedway.

The New Castle, Ind. native took over the top spot from Brady Allum nine laps into the 35-lap main event in his Radical Racing owned machine, then proceeded to lead the remaining 27 laps to earn his second series victory of the season.

Armstrong picked up the win on February 10 at Florida’s Auburndale Speedway in a non-points winged race.  This time, sans the wing, he was just as dominant as he now assumes the early series point lead.

Reigning series champion Hunter Wise (Allentown, Pa.) finished second with Logan Sulyi (Raleigh, N.C.) third, J.T. Bierman (Bath, Pa.) fourth and Brady Allum (Gold Hill, N.C.) rounding out the top-five after leading the initial eight laps.
