McMAHILL WINS FOR THE HOME CROWD AT PEORIA

Peoria, Illinois (October 19, 2019)………Mark McMahill parked it in victory lane for the first time in his USAC Engler IMRA Speed2 Midget career Saturday night at his home track of Peoria Speedway.

The Peoria, Ill. native led the final four laps en route to his initial triumph.  Bryan Stanfill held the lead for the first 16 of the 20 laps before making contact with a lapped car that ended his bid for victory. 

McMahill was followed to the checkered flag by Brent Burrows (Lewistown, Ill.), Kevin Battefeld (Lewistown, Ill.), Russell Johnston (Monmouth, Ill.) and Jake Sollenberger (Canton, Ill.).
