IEST WINS WESTERN SPEED2 OPENER AT MADERA

Madera, CA……..Joey Iest of Madera, Calif. scored a hometown victory in the opening race of USAC’s 2019 Western U.S. Speed2 Midget series at Madera Speedway. He passed Elvis Rankin on lap 3 and led the rest of the way for the victory. Derek Loweree, Joseph Holiday and Johnny Nichols rounded out the “top-five.”
