Quincy, IL……..Andy Baugh of Mason City, Ill. won Sunday night’s 20-lap USAC Speed2 IMRA Midgte “Special event” at Quincy Raceways. Mitchell Davis was second ahead of Chase McDermand, Broc Hunnell and Ryan Johnson.
