EASTERN HPDs VISIT DILLON SATURDAY;

HAZELTON, NOBILE GRAB LVMS “FALL CLASSIC” WINS

USAC’s Eastern HPD Midget Series resumes Saturday at Dillon (SC) Motor Speedway and Chris Lamb continues his quest for a second series championship. He previously won the 2013 title.

Saturday’s race will be the first for USAC’s HPDs at Dillon in four years.

Dylan Nobile of Clovis, Calif. won Saturday night’s 30-lap “Fall Classic” USAC Western HPD Midget race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Bullring, extending his lead in the pavement USAC Western HPD standings. Toni and Annie Breidinger rounded out the podium, while George Kurtz took fourth and Jeff Kelley fifth.

Ashley Hazelton of Chatsworth, Calif. scored her sixth USAC feature victory in Friday night’s 30-lap Western HPD Midget race at Las Vegas. She led all 30 laps to beat Kelley, Nobile, fast qualifier Ian Anderson and Annie Breidinger.
