MADERA HOSTS WESTERN HPDs JULY 11;

NOBILE TAKES KERN COUNTY 30-LAPPER

The USAC HPD Midgets are “off” until July 11 when the Western pavement series resumes at Madera (Calif.) Speedway.

Dylan Nobile of Clovis, Calif. won Saturday night’s 30-lap USAC HPD Western Midget race at Kern County Raceway Park in Bakersfield, Calif. He passed Toni Breidinger on lap four and led the rest of the way to beat Breidinger, Cody Jessop, Jesse Love III and Annie Breidinger.

Jessop holds down the number one point spot in the Western HPD standings while Nobile is the leader in the pavement standings after Saturday’s victory.
