POSEY #1 IN SALT LAKE CITY FOCUSES

Salt Lake City, UT…….Kipp Posey of Lehi, Utah grabbed the checkered flag Saturday night at Rocky Mountain Raceways, winning the 25-lap USAC Utah Ford Focus race. He passed James Powell on lap 15 and led the rest of the way after Powell scraped the wall on the frontstretch. Fast qualifier Chuck Groat finished second ahead of Gregg Fuette, Michael Daniels and Austin Luttmer.
