ACTON, LITTLE GRAB CONCORD FEATURE WINS

 


Concord, NC……..Cody Acton of Maiden, N.C. and Jesse Little of Sherrills Ford, N.C. scored feature victories in USAC Ford Focus competition at Concord Speedway Wednesday night. Acton’s initial USAC win came in the 40-lap Ford Focus feature. He passed Justin Hommel on lap 36 and led the last five laps to beat Jarett Andretti to the checkered flag. Tyler Corriher, who led the first 22 laps, Chris Lamb and Mike Mahaney rounded out the “top-five.” In the accompanying Young Guns race, Little led all 25 laps to beat Austin Prock, Ryan Ayers and Adam Brown.
