RIETHMEYER, NOT MAIER, WINS AT HICKORY!

Hickory, NC…….Defending USAC Carolina Ford Focus Champion Bradley Riethmeyer of Hutto, Texas was the winner of Saturday night’s race at Hickory Motor Speedway, NOT Mike Maier as originally reported. The wrong name was transmitted in the original results listing, creating the change!


Riethmeyer, driving for car owner Tracy Trotter,  passed Steven Intravaia on lap 23 and led the rest of the way for the win, beating series point leader Jeremy Frankoski, Michael Sboro, Intravaia and Scott Hunter. The series resumes July 29 at Concord (NC) Motor Speedway.
