LIGUORI CONTINUES WINNING WAYS AT GRUNDY COUNTY

Morris, IL…….USAC/UMARA Ford Focus point leader Joe Liguori of Tampa, Fla. passed Tyler Cottongim on the white-flag lap and went on to win Saturday night’s 20-lap race at Grundy County Speedway in his C & R Racing Beast. Cottongim led the first 18 laps, but slipped to third at the finish behind Liguori and Jimmy Simpson. Tyler Trainor and Michael May rounded out the "top-five" at the checkered flag. Liguori was also the fastest qualifier.
