FOCUS YOUNG GUNS JOIN FOCUSES AT COLUMBUS JUNE 11

 


The USAC Midwest and Eastern Focus Young Guns have been added to the racing program at Columbus (Ohio) Motor Speedway June 11.


 


The USAC Midwest and Eastern Ford Focuses will also be competing at CMS June 11.


 


The one-third mile paved CMS oval has hosted a total of 37 USAC races to date, including seven involving Ford Focuses. The only previous USAC Focus Young Guns event at CMS was won by Cooper Clouse last September.


 


The first USAC race at Columbus Motor Speedway was in 1957, a 50-lap National Midget race won by Rex Easton.
