McMAHILL TAKES IMRA TITLE, WINS FINALE IN EAST MOLINE

East Moline, Illinois (September 26, 2021)………Mark McMahill finished off his 2021 USAC Engler IMRA SpeeD2 Midget campaign in grand style Sunday night in the season finale at East Moline Speedway in Illinois.

McMahill (Peoria, Ill.) captured his series-leading fifth feature victory of the year, which helped him secure his first USAC season championship.

In the final event of the season, McMahill swept his evening, winning the first heat, then raced from third to first in the 20-lap feature to score the win over Patrick Ryan (Springfield, Ill.), Brent Burrows (Lewistown, Ill.) and Will Armitage (Athens, Ill.) while Tyler Roth (Springfield, Ill.) rounded out the top-five.
