LAMB SLAYS AT WAKE COUNTY USAC EASTERN MIDGET GO
Raleigh, North Carolina (July 24, 2021)………Chris Lamb slayed the competition on Friday night at Raleigh, North Carolina’s Wake County Speedway, as the three-time champion scored his series-leading third USAC Eastern SpeeD2 Midget feature victory of the season, and the 52nd of his career.
Lamb led all 30 laps in his Radical Racing No. 9 to defeat Sam Mazzo (Burns, Tenn.), Jessica Bean (Fairland, Ind.), Brady Allum (Gold Hill, N.C.) with Bradley Swift (Nashville, Tenn.) rounding out the top-five.
Bean, the four-time and defending series champion, leads the standings by 24 markers over Mazzo with Lamb moving up to third following his win, 73 points out of the lead.
