USAC STAT BOOK: SILVER CROWN - 5/20/2019

Speedway, Indiana (May 20, 2019)………Coming into a doubleheader USAC weekend, Thursday, May 23 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds for 64th running of the Hoosier Hundred, and Friday, May 24 at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis, Kody Swanson (Kingsburg, Calif.) has upped the ante with two poles and two wins in two starts. He won at both the Indy Mile and LOR one year ago and leads in most every statistical category thus far, including wins (2), poles (2), laps led (140), while his team, Nolen Racing, tops the owner points.
Joey Schmidt (Ellisville, Miss.) is the leading Rookie driver, sitting fifth in the standings after finishes of 5th (Memphis) and 9th (Toledo). Derek Bischak (Angola, Ind.) was the leading Rookie finisher at Toledo and is sixth in points.
"Hoosier Hundred" activities get underway with pits opening at noon eastern, grandstands at 3pm, drivers meeting at 4pm and practice from 4:45-6pm, with qualifications and racing to immediately follow. Tickets are $25 for advance adult general admission and $30 the day of the event. Infield tickets are $20, while general admission for children 11 and under is $10. Pit passes are $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
Dave Steele “Carb Night Classic” activities get underway with USAC pits opening at Noon eastern, drivers meeting at 2:30pm, front gates at 2:50pm, Silver Crown practice one from 3:15pm-3:55pm, USF2000 practice from 4:05-4:25pm, Pro Mazda practice from 4:30-4:50pm, Silver Crown practice two from 5-5:30pm, Qualifying from 5:45-6:30pm, Freedom 75 USF2000 race at 6:45p, Freedom 90 Pro Mazda race at 7:50pm and the USAC Silver Crown Dave Steele “Carb Night Classic” at 9pm. Tickets are $25 for adult general admission and $10 for children 11 and under. Pit passes are $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
