PIERSON TOPS DMA MIDGETS AT ALBANY-SARATOGA

Malta, N.Y………Defending USAC DMA Midget Champion Adam Pierson of Bradford, Vt. passed Kevin Chaffee on the seventh lap and led the rest of the way to win Friday night’s USAC DMA Midget race at Albany-Saratoga Speedway. Josh Sunn finished second and he and Pierson are now tied for the series point lead. Chaffee was third ahead of Adam Whitney and Kenney Johnson.
