ARIZONA SPEEDWAY HOSTS SW SPRINTS SATURDAY

R.J. Johnson and Charles Davis Jr. resume their battle for the 2015 USAC Southwest Sprint Car crown this Saturday when the series returns to Arizona Speedway in Queen Creek.

Johnson’s lead over Davis stands at 64 points, although third-ranking Matt Rossi looms, just 37 behind Davis.

Johnson has won seven times in 13 starts. He has a pair of Arizona Speedway wins this year while Davis’ lone 2015 victory came at Arizona Speedway in May.

Rossi, with a victory at Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, Ariz. in June, has five podium finishes this season.
