VIETS TAKES BEAR RIDGE “DOUBLE” POINTS RACE

Bradford, VT……..Scott Viets of East Granby, Ct. led the final seven laps to win Saturday night’s 25-lap USAC DMA Midget race at Bear Ridge Speedway. He passed Scott Holcomb on lap 18 and led the rest of the way to beat Joe Krawiec, Kevin Chaffee, Dean Christensen and Adam Pierson. The race awarded “double” points and the series concludes Sept. 28 at Bear Ridge.
