4TH DMA VICTORY FOR PIERSON

Bear Ridge Speedway resumes USAC DMA Midget action September 7 and point leaders Kevin Chaffee and Joe Krawiec have separated to 19 points in the new standings after finishing third and ninth in last night’s 20-lapper at the Bradford, Vt. speedway.

Adam Pierson of Bradford. scored his fourth victory of the 2013 season Saturday at Bear Ridge. He passed Tyler Rivard on lap eight and led the final 13 laps of the 20-lapper to beat Scott Viets, Kevin Chaffee, Josh Sunn and Adam Whitney.

Pierson remarkably is the only repeat winner so far in the series this season while point leaders Chaffee and Krawiec continue to seek their initial 2013 feature wins!
