DMA MIDGETS RESUME MAY 18;

MILLER NABS 1ST USAC VICTORY AT BEAR RIDGE

Ray Miller of East Granby, Conn. will take the 2013 USAC DMA Midget lead into the May 18 event at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, Vt.

Miller, led all 25 laps Saturday night on his birthday to beat Scott Viets, defending series champ Kevin Chaffee, Joe Krawiec and Dean Christensen. The win was Miller’s first ever in USAC competition.

The win left Miller with an eight-point lead over Viets after the race which offered “double” points.
