SOUTHWEST SPRINTS AT ARIZONA SPEEDWAY SATURDAY

Arizona Speedway welcomes the USAC Southwest Sprint Cars back to its 3/8-mile dirt in Queen Creek, Ariz. this Saturday. The track’s USAC debut in April found Mike Martin winning the inaugural feature event.

R.J. Johnson currently stands atop the series points, 13 ahead of Charles Davis Jr. Johnson was sixth and Davis third in the April race.

Davis can tie for the all-time Arizona lead in terms of USAC feature wins with a victory Saturday. He has seven, while drivers Damion Gardner, Bryan Clauson, Dave Steele and A.J. Foyt each have eight.
