DIRT DRAFT’S USAC FANTASY SEASON BEGINS SATURDAY AT LAWRENCEBURG

Lawrenceburg, Indiana (March 29, 2022)………Dirt Draft and the United States Auto Club have teamed up to combine fantasy with reality, and together they will crown a season long 2022 USAC Fantasy Champion.

Each player will accumulate points throughout the USAC season by selecting a driver lineup prior to each of USAC National event for Silver Crown, AMSOIL National Sprint Cars and NOS Energy Drink National Midgets in hopes of being the king of Dirt Draft USAC Fantasy Racing.

You got to play if you want to win and you will be joining hundreds of other race fans across the world in competition on Dirt Draft, the official fantasy sports provider of USAC.  However, this time it is not just about bragging rights over friends and family because winning pays off.  Additionally, bonus SpeedShop points will also be awarded to other positions throughout the field.

The USAC National season resumes on Saturday, April 2, with Sprint Cars at Lawrenceburg (Ind.) Speedway and concludes with the finale on the west coast, the 81st running of the Turkey Night Grand Prix Midget race on Saturday night, November 26, at Ventura (Calif.) Raceway.

WHAT IS USAC?

The United States Auto Club (USAC) was founded back in 1955 and held its first event in 1956.  USAC serves as the sanctioning body for a number of racing series.  These series include the Silver Crown Series, National Sprint Cars, National Midgets, .25 Midgets and more.  Across all series, USAC sanctions over 400 events per year, and many of them are broadcasted live on www.FloRacing.com.

WHAT IS DIRT DRAFT?

Dirt Draft is the first grassroots racing fantasy sports website/app.  On Dirt Draft, users pay a subscription of $5.99/mo. or $59.99/yr.to play unlimited contests from over 400 race events annually.  Each contest is a salary draft in which a user has a $100,000 salary cap and must choose 5 drivers while staying under that salary cap to create their best team of 5.  Each driver has a unique salary assigned to them dependent on their current ADR (average driver rating).  This salary will increase/decrease each event based on data sent to Dirt Draft’s software evaluating their most recent performances.  The user then enters a public contest to compete against hundreds of others, or a private contest to compete against their friends.  The goal is that the user drafts a team that scores more points than all other users in which they are competing against.  Based on an user’s performance in a contest, they are awarded points in which they can redeem in the Dirt Draft Speed Shop for event tickets, event PPV’s, merchandise, subscriptions, etc.
