TNT AT SIK TO AIR LIVE ON USAC’S FACEBOOK PAGE MARCH 16-23-30

Speedway, Indiana (March 15, 2021)………All three rounds of the Tuesday Night Thunder series from Speedway Indoor Karting in Speedway, Ind. will air live on USAC Racing’s Facebook page as the karts compete weekly on the indoor slick track March 16-23-30.

Clinton Boyles won the inaugural series title in 2019, and is among the USAC regulars expected to compete in the event along with Kevin Thomas Jr., Jason McDougal and more.

Each event will consist of 42 entries with each of the three races in the series counting towards a championship.  Practice will run from 6-8pm ET each Tuesday night with racing slated to go from 8pm until the event is completed.

Driver registration will begin at 9am on the Wednesday before the event.  All three races may be registered for at the same time and prepaid, $60 per race event ($180 for all three races).

The series champion will be rewarded with one of the following: a test in a Kenyon Midget at the new Circle City Raceway or a test and tune in a Will Power Kart at Whiteland Raceway Park.

Second in season points will receive an unlimited racing package for one person at Speedway Indoor Karting.

Third in season points will earn a free season entry to the next TNT at SIK.

The Drivers Choice Award will be given to the favorite driver as voted on by the race staff of TNT.  The Drivers Choice Award criteria is based on driver attitude, effort in the event and positive sportsmanship.  This award will be whatever #1 prize from the championship that the overall winner doesn’t choose.

New for 2021, TNT will be offering VIP tickets to the event. From overwhelming requests and demand from last season, the VIP lounge at each TNT event is going to be offered. The lounge will be upstairs in the private viewing area of SIK. VIP tickets include:

Free water and soft drinks.

Private viewing area upstairs in the Speedway Indoor Karting VIP lounge.

The VIP room is heated for viewing comfort.

Individual tables and chairs are available in the VIP room.

Free ticket to race on the TNT Slick track at Speedway Indoor Karting at a future date. Valued at $15.

Each VIP ticket is $20 online and $25 at the door, and all proceeds are donated to Driving for Dyslexia.

Each VIP ticket is good only for one TNT event, not all three.

TNT (Tuesday Night Thunder) was established in 2019 as an indoor, slick track, race series that allows every day motorsports enthusiasts the opportunity to compete against and meet professional race car drivers in a competitive race series environment.

The inaugural TNT series was a massive success, often selling out in less than 60 seconds per event. After taking a year off in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions. TNT is back in 2021!

As a way to continue to grow and promote the series in 2021, TNT has partnered with Driving for Dyslexia.  This partnership will allow TNT to reach an even larger audience while also making a positive impact in the lives of Children with Dyslexia.
