GAMESTER GETS IT DONE AT GAS CITY

Gas City, Indiana (October 5, 2019)………Russ Gamester controlled Saturday night’s Fall Festival of Speed from start to finish, leading all 25 laps to win the final USAC Midget Midwest Special Event of the season at Indiana’s Gas City I-69 Speedway.

Gamester, the 1989 USAC National Midget champion from Peru, Ind., started from the pole position and ran away to a full-straightaway lead at the checkered over Chett Gehrke (Broken Arrow, Okla.), Kendall Ruble (Vincennes, Ind.), Alex Watson (Columbus, Ohio) and Cody Beard (Huntingburg, Ind.).
