USAC/ARDC MIDGETS EYE WEEKEND DOUBLE AT BIG DIAMOND AND SUSQUEHANNA

Alex Bright leads the USAC Eastern Midgets presented by ARDC to this weekend’s races at Big Diamond Speedway in Pottsville, Pa. on Friday and Susquehanna Speedway in York Haven, Pa. on Saturday.

Bright enjoys a 32-point lead over three-time USAC DMA Midget Champion Adam Pierson, who has switched over to the USAC/ARDC series this season.

Bright won the series opener in April at Lanco’s Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway and finished fourth in the late-April race at Susquehanna Speedway, which was won by Trevor Kobylarz.

Kobylarz ranks fifth in the series standings, 54 points behind the leader.

ARDC has a second Big Diamond appearance scheduled July 21.  A return to Susquehanna is in store for the series on July 29 and August 13.
