FREEDOM TOUR UP NEXT – AUGUST 13-16;

WEATHER HALTS 2-NIGHT “RICK STEWART MEMORIAL”

The “Freedom Tour” is next up for the USAC Southwest Sprint cars after rains forced cancellation of last weekend’s “Rick Stewart Memorial” events at Prescott Valley (Ariz.) Raceway.

R.J. Johnson’s point lead remains intact at 44 points over Charles Davis Jr. entering the four “Freedom Tour” races, which begin August 13 at Lawton (Okla.) Speedway.

The tour continues August 14 at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., followed by races August 15 at 81 Speedway in Wichita, Kans. and August 16 at Dodge City (Kans.) Raceway Park.
