CLAUSON TAKES NIGHT 2 “WESTERN WORLD” SPRINT

Peoria, AZ……..Bryan Clauson of Noblesville, Ind. led all 30 laps to win Friday night’s “Western World Championships” Sprint race at Canyon Speedway Park. He piloted the Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing Chevy Performance/Curb Records Beast/Kistler to the victory over Tracy Hines, Jon Stanbrough, Chad Boespflug and Kevin Thomas Jr. The “Western World” concludes Saturday night. Clauson becomes only the third driver in USAC history to score 20 feature victories in a single season. J.J. Yeley had 24 in 2003 and Sleepy Tripp had 20 in 1988.
