GEORGIA .25 MIDGET “WINTER CLASSIC” POSTPONED

 


The February 5 “Andretti Winter Classic” for the USAC Mopar .25 Midgets in Roswell, Ga. has been postponed.


 


Negotiations are currently underway for a replacement date for the event, which will be announced as soon as it has been confirmed. Refunds of pre-entry fees submitted to the USAC office may be refunded by calling the USAC office at 317-247-5151, extension 212.


 


“Andretti Karting is a truly first-class facility and we look forward to working with them on a new date to showcase the Mopar .25 Midget Series,” said James Spink, USAC’s Developmental Racing Series Director.


 


The Metro Atlanta Quarter Midget Association will have a booth on display at the Andretti Indoor Karting facility during the day of February 5 for families interested in learning more about .25 Midget racing.


 


The Mopar .25 Midget Series will open its 2011 “Generation Next” tour March 11-13 at the Valley of the Sun quarter midget track in Phoenix, Ariz.
