LEFFEL GETS 2ND STRAIGHT MIDWEST THUNDER WIN AT BLOOMINGTON

Bloomington, Indiana (May 24, 2019).........Aaron Leffel of Springfield, Ohio remains undefeated during the 2019 USAC Speed2 Midwest Thunder Midget season after capturing the victory Friday night in the series debut at Indiana's Bloomington Speedway.

Leffel, the two-time defending series champion who also won the series' season opener a week earlier at Gas City, overtook Stratton Briggs for the lead on lap 13 and dominated the remaining eight laps to score the victory over Patrick Ryan, Jacob Denney, Cody Trammell and Cory Guingrich.
