USAC .25 ANIMAL MIDGET SERIES BRIGGS & STRATTON CLASS DEBUTS IN 2010


A brand-new cost-effective class of USAC .25 Midget racing debuts in 2010 with the inaugural season of the Briggs & Stratton Animal Division.


 


Following research and development programs including exhibition races in 2009, the new division offers youth the opportunity to join USAC’s newest form of motorsports in their quest to climb the ladder to the pinnacle of our sport.


 


Utilizing the popular Briggs & Stratton engines, competitors can use the Animal in the rookie class as well as Junior Animal for ages 5-8 and Senior Animal for ages 9-16 years old.


 


A limited quantity of these Briggs & Stratton engines will be available through USAC at discounted rates to kick-start this new initiative.


 


“Last year’s exhibition events provided great feedback and results and we look forward to implementing this new division into the 2010 racing season as a cost-effective, affordable class,” says USAC Developmental Racing Director James Spink.

Exempt from EPA/EVAP regulations with dedicated dies and tooling, the Animal engine is hand-built in Milwaukee, Wi. to give it the repeatability, durability, stability, and resale value for which our customers depend on us.”
