Established in 1974, Port City Raceway has been the stepping stone to many notable names in the racing industry today such as Christopher Bell, Tyler Thomas, Jason McDougal, Daryn Pittman, Brady Bacon, Shane Stewart, Andy Hillenburg, Donnie Crawford, Donnie Ray Crawford and many other racers.

The 1/8-mile high-banked bullring holds weekly micro sprint racing from March to October. Seven classes compete week in and week out including: Winged Outlaws, Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class, Sportsman, Restricted ‘A’ Class, Junior Sprints and new for the 2019 season the Master class.

Founded in 1955, the United States Auto Club is one of the most prestigious sanctioning bodies in the world. USAC has sanctioned many different tracks and organizations throughout their existence. Known primarily for their three different dirt track series, the USAC Silver Crown Series, USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Cars and the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midgets, the United States Auto Club also sanctions Quarter Midgets, Speed2 Midgets and Micro Sprints.

After a year hiatus, the USAC Micro Sprint National Championship has been revived with Port City Raceway sanctioning their weekly program under the USAC banner beginning in 2019.

The USAC Micro Sprint program adds another level on the ladder for drivers that have came out of Quarter Midgets and that want to compete in a higher level of USAC competition.

Port City Raceway will now become the first USAC sanctioned track in the state of Oklahoma.

The seven Port City Raceway Champions will be recognized during the USAC Racing Night of Champions Banquet held in December during PRI in Indianapolis.

The 2019 season for Port City Raceway will begin on Thursday-Saturday, March 14-16 with the NOW600 National Series along with USAC Sportsman and USAC Junior Sprints headlining the program all three nights.

The first all USAC Weekly Racing Series event will take place on Friday-Saturday, March 29 and 30 for the eighth running of the Donnie Ray Crawford Memorial.
