SPENCER BACK ON TOP AT TULARE
Tulare, CA……Five-time AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint Car Champion Mike Spencer of Temecula, Calif. is back in victory lane. He won Saturday night’s hard-fought 30-lap feature at the Thunderbowl Raceway, leading the final four laps after passing Ryan Bernal on lap 27. Trailing Spencer’s Grubstake Mini Storage/Madera Produce Maxim/Shaver were Bernal, Danny Faria Jr., Bud Kaeding and Matt Mitchell. Nic Faas led the first five laps, Kaeding led the next 11, Spencer led lap 17, Bernal then paced nine laps and Spencer led the rest.
