BRUNS CAPTURES 20-LAP KANKAKEE IGNITE FEATURE

Kankakee, IL……..Patrick Bruns of Champaign, Ill. captured the first of two scheduled Honda USAC Midwest Dirt Ignite Midget races this weekend in his home state, winning Friday night’s race at the Kankakee County Speedway in his Cain’s Marine Welding/Tin Cup RV Park Beast/Ecotech. Bruns passed Mike Gass on lap 17 and led the final four laps for the win over Gass, Gage Walker, Joey Greening and Cooper Clouse, who led the first four laps of the race.
